I recently began the setup of the charity Redline United. The website is up, and though the 501c3 status may take awhile to complete, the charity itself is operational as well. The first projects are based on my own personal interests, but the hope is that eventually it will move past that, becoming something more and encompassing many other projects and people.

We went fly fishing in Tennessee this past weekend! It was pretty awesome, and this trip worked out a lotbetter than the first round a few months ago. Last time we went on a float trip, our guide had a personal emergency the morning of the trip, so we thought we were out of luck and had driven all the way to the mountains for nothing… we ended up getting a replacement guide at the last minute, but he was not a professional, he was just a buddy of the owner. He was a nice guy and all, but it was a little… lets say it was just a bit odd. At any rate, the owner was a great guy and he said because of the delay (we had a half day instead of a full), and all the headache, he gave us another trip for free! I personally didn’t even think it was necessary because the trip was fun and it all worked out, but he insisted, so we went back!
